“We have the privilege of helping send the Gospel into the strongholds of Islam in the Middle East. We have the joy of seeing national leadership for the church in Sub-Saharan Africa” Our team sends and cares for more than 600 U.S. Staff serving overseas. These Americans work alongside 17,000 national staff supporting ministries in 190 countries worldwide. John has focused responsibilities for staff on the field in Africa, the Middle East and the Central Asian Republics. Kim assists the team with interviews and special projects. She also organizes and conducts “reentry” Bible studies for women returning from overseas. As a side interest, she works with other moms to share the Gospel with students in the public school system. Though currently based at the International Headquarters in Florida, we spent 16 years serving in the African nation of Lesotho. We first met in Africa and both Joshua and Hannah were born there. We believe that God has used our years overseas to prepare us for this very strategic ministry. We serve as missionaries to the missionaries as people are reached with the Gospel worldwide. John & Kim have served with Campus Crusade for Christ for 29 years. |
